Serena Williams’ mother Oracene Price has explained just why she thinks her tennis star daughter and tech millionaire Alexis Ohanian (33) are the perfect pair.

Serena revealed she got engaged to Reddit co-founder Ohanian after a brief romance. And Price says Serena’s (32) aggression is balanced out by Ohanian’s relaxed and laidback approach. She says the best part of the relationship is that Ohanian is a true romantic.

“Once, there was this shirt that she (Serena) liked but couldn’t find it, a black-and-red check shirt. And he (Ohanian) went online and found it for her. To me, that’s romantic because you’re listening to the person you’re caring about say something and you’re doing something about it. It’s difficult for women in Serena’s position to find someone that really cares for them,” Price told the New York Post recently.
